At BESSIS TEXTILES we believe it is important that you know which cookies we use on www.bessistextiles.gr and why. Our aim is to inform you clearly and to improve your browsing experience in our online store.
This Cookie Policy complements our Privacy Policy.
WHY DO WE USE COOKIES?
We use cookies to improve how www.bessistextiles.gr works, to support smooth browsing, to enable basic e-shop features (such as the shopping cart), and to help you move easily between pages.
Cookies also help us understand how visitors use the site — how they browse and where they encounter difficulties — so we can continually improve the operation, structure and content of the store. Where cookies are used for analytics or advertising, this is done according to the consent choices you have made.
WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files stored in the browser you use on your computer, smartphone or tablet (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari). They help the website work more effectively.
Cookies do not harm users’ devices or the files stored on them. They do not read documents from your computer; they are mainly used to recognise previous activity on the site and to optimise the browsing experience.
COOKIE CATEGORIES
Necessary cookies
These allow basic website and e-shop functions, such as navigating pages, adding products to the cart, completing an order, and storing your cookie consent choices. Without these strictly necessary cookies, core e-shop features cannot work properly.
Functionality cookies
These remember preferences during your visit (where applicable) so we can offer a more convenient, personalised experience — for example remembering settings or previous activity on certain services of the site.
Statistics cookies
Statistics (analytics) cookies let us assess how the site is used — which pages are popular and how visitors navigate — so we can improve the experience and structure of www.bessistextiles.gr. They are activated when you accept them via the consent banner.
Marketing / advertising cookies
These are used to present advertising or informational content that is more relevant to your interests, and for marketing purposes where applicable. They are activated only with your consent.
COOKIE SETTINGS
On your first visit (and whenever required again) a consent banner (CookieYes) appears, where you can accept, reject or customise cookie categories (except strictly necessary ones).
You can also configure your browser to warn you about cookies or to refuse them. In some cases, if you disable cookies required for specific services, you may not have full access to those services.
Guidance on managing cookies is usually available in your browser’s privacy / cookie settings.
UPDATES
Each time you use this website you are bound by the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy then in force. Please review them periodically, as they may be updated.
For questions about cookies or personal data, contact us via the Contact page or by phone at +30 210 3232365.
