The order execution time is estimated from 1-5 days, as long as the product is available. You will be informed about the availability of the product by a relevant email. Shipping time for courier orders within Attica is estimated at 1-2 days, while outside Attica it is estimated at 2-5 days. If you are a member of the e-shop, don’t forget that you can check the status of your order 24 hours a day.
For shipments within Attica, the charge for up to three kilograms is €3.50. For sending orders outside of Attica, the charge amounts to €5 up to three kilos and in remote-inaccessible areas an additional €3.
For orders over three kilos, the surcharge is €1/kilo. In case of cash on delivery, you will be charged an additional €2.50 for cash on delivery costs.
In case you wish to return the product you have purchased from our online store, from the category of ready-made products, you can make the return within 14 days of receipt.
The products you want to return must be in perfect condition and accompanied by the corresponding document, payment receipt or invoice. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products, unless the product is covered under warranty due to a manufacturing defect. In case you open the packaging of the product, you should take care to return it in perfect condition. You agree to take care of the perfect condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them either to our physical store BESSIS TEXTILES IMPORTS – BESSIS SOZON KE SIA E.E. or to the courier company.
If the product is not returned within 14 days, then our company may not accept any return or product replacement. In any case, the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.
Excluded from the right of return are all products that are manufactured according to the specifications set by you as a consumer or are clearly personalized, (for example, cut-to-measure fabric, curtains, cushions, etc.) as well as products that have undergone modification by you, such as, for example, a change to the custom-made curtain that you have received from us, embroidery on the towels, etc. As long as the refund conditions are met, if you paid by credit card, the money will be credited to your credit card account. In case of payment by bank deposit or cash on delivery, the money is credited to your bank account or returned to you in cash when the product is returned. In no case will shipping or cash on delivery costs be refunded.
